The Leadership Grants Organization (The ‘Organization’) agrees that all Confidential Information that comes into its possession from a Grant Applicant (The ‘Applicant’) shall remain the sole property of the Applicant.

The Organization understands that this Confidential Information has been made available to the Organization solely for the purpose of considering the Applicant for a Small Business Grant.

The Organization agrees that upon request, or upon completion of the Funding Cycle, the Organization will immediately and safely discard the Applicant’s Confidential Information.

The Organization agrees that such obligation to preserve the Applicant’s confidentiality shall survive the Funding Cycle.
