The Leadership Grants Organization strongly upholds social enterprise principles whereby the performance of our organization is measured in terms of the number of new and small businesses we assist in starting and growing.
We achieve this goal using blended-value revenue generating processes with 100% of our net proceeds being allocated to new and small businesses that meet our funding criteria.
